Welcome to Digital Affiliate, a service operated by FeelSpark Soft.
By accessing or using this website and registering for our affiliate program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or participate in the affiliate program.

1. Affiliate Program Terms

  1. Digital Affiliate operates an affiliate marketing program where approved affiliates may promote and sell our digital products using unique affiliate links.
  2. Affiliates earn a 40% commission on each confirmed and successfully completed sale generated through their affiliate link.
  3. Commissions are applicable only for valid transactions. Any sale resulting in refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent activity will lead to cancellation of the related commission.
  4. Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:
    • Making false or misleading income claims
      • Misrepresenting products or services
      • Using spam, deceptive advertisements, or illegal promotional methods
      • Violating any applicable laws or platform policies
  5. Digital Affiliate reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any affiliate account found violating these policies, without prior notice.

2. Commission Payment and Payout Terms

  1. Minimum Payout Threshold:
    Affiliate commissions will be released only when the total confirmed payable balance reaches ₹300 or more.
  2. Once affiliate’s minimum commission of Rs 300 is credited to affiliate account, then Affiliates can request payout. Approved payments are processed and credited to affiliate’s UPI ID within 7 working days. 
  3. Payment Method Requirement:
    To receive payouts, affiliates must provide a valid UPI ID in their affiliate form.
    Payments will not be processed without a registered UPI ID.
  4. Payments are processed after verification of completed sales and clearance of any refund or dispute period.
  5. Digital Affiliate is not responsible for failed payments caused by incorrect or inactive UPI details provided by the affiliate.

3. Digital Product Delivery

  • All products sold through Digital Affiliate are digital products only.
  • No physical items are shipped.
  • Digital Product access is delivered  via download link, registered email, or a designated delivery page after successful payment .

4. Earnings Disclaimer

We do not guarantee any specific income, profit, or business results. Affiliate earnings depend on individual effort, marketing strategy, experience, and market conditions.

5. Changes to Terms

Digital Affiliate reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website and affiliate program signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
